Getting started
Connecting a Fanvue account
- From the sign-in screen, choose "Continue with Fanvue".
- Authorize LinkWhale's read-only access on Fanvue's secure OAuth screen. We never see or store your Fanvue password.
- You'll be returned to your dashboard. Agencies can connect additional creators from the "Add account" button in the header.
Sync timing
Your Fanvue data is synced automatically shortly after you connect, and refreshed periodically in the background. You can trigger an immediate refresh at any time with the Sync now button in the dashboard header. Large accounts may take a little longer on the first sync.
Managing your data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time using Delete my account & data in the dashboard account area. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and your GDPR rights.

Reporting a security vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in LinkWhale, please report it responsibly to security@linkwhale.app. Include steps to reproduce and any relevant details. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we've had a chance to investigate and respond. We appreciate coordinated disclosure and will acknowledge your report.
